Catahoula Leopard Dog / Queensland Heeler / Mixed (medium coat) Dog

DOZER the Dog needs a home

Dozer_A185833
Dozer is a 1-1/2-year-old, unaltered male, red and tan Catahoula Leopard Hound/Queensland Heeler mix.

Dozer is a high energy fellow that has a real zeal for life! He loves to go for walks and run around in the backyard at the shelter.

He is dog selective so if you have a dog and are thinking about getting him, bring the dog in so we can do a meet and greet! He also used to live with another dog so it is possible! He would probably chase a cat if he saw one. Dozer is looking for an active person/family with respectful children over age 8 to take him jogging, hiking, or just play in the back yard. He may knock smaller children down because he does jump up on people at this time. He knows the sit command and appears to be house trained.

His $85 adoption fee includes a $40 voucher which, by law, MUST be done, up-to-date vaccines, rabies vaccine, microchip, leash, collar and goody bag!
